Rafting - White Water River Rafting Trip in Rio de Janeiro

It is possible to go rafting in a town 120 kilometres from Rio. As well as being very enjoyable the experience is also an excellent opportunity for some exercise.

The length of the course is 7 km, and the rapids which range from levels II-III. Furthermore, the vegetation surrounding the river is a example of Atlantic rainforest, which has been extremely well preserved and offers the opportunity for observing various species of tropical animals and birds.

No previous experience is necessary! Make the most of your opportunity to get to know this sport!

Itinerary

Pick-up at hotel – 2h trip to departure point – 30 minute rafting class on basic techniques and safety procedures – An 1 hour and 30 minutes rafting trip – 2h return journey to Rio January – Return to hotel.
