Seafood Cooking Class

The ocean and rivers in this area are an incredible life force! Learn about fishing techniques, types of seafood and ways to prepare dishes in a way that you can recreate them when you get home.

Learn to make our famous Baja-style Fish Tacos and go home with with skills to host a Seafood Fiesta. This is a fabulous class for seafood lovers! You will learn new ways to incorporate seafood into your menu as well as some of the history of fishing in the area.
