Cooking Class Verona,Cooking in a Crystal Kitchen

I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view of the hills from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta or gnocchi, make spaghetti and ravioli or tortellini. Before eating pasta with 2 different sauces in porcelain dishes, with cutlery and lighting candles, I’ll teach you the basics of food design and presentation.I'm an architect and I obtained the Italian HACCP certification for the food and beverage safety.

You will welcomed into a typical house of the picturesque village of Avesa with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together . I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine or spaghetti and ravioli. We'll cook them in 2 sauces ( tomatoes or pesto and butter and sage) and then we cook and eat the pasta followed by a dessert in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with white or red wine.
We'll not only learn to prepare delicious dishes but also, before eating, the art of making the perfect Aperol aperitive. Sip, savor as we explore the flavors of Italy together. Don't miss the opportunity to elevate your cooking and cocktail knowledge!
