Day 2: Great Smoky Mountains --Pigeon Forge

In the morning we will head to Tennessee,known as a home for country music.First,let's drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and take an in-depth tour.After lunch,we will head to Gatlinburg,which is the only entrance into the Great Smoky Mountains from Tennessee.You can freely explore the surrounding areas of the town and enjoy youself. Then we will head to the Pigeon Forge,where there is a museum built to commemorate the Titanic event. Take a visit to the luxurious stairs and exquisite exhibits. In the evening, you can watch a brilliant show with 32 horses and enjoy a special dinner!

Let’s drive to Pigeon Forge where we will visit the Titanic Museum Attraction to sail the seas in 1912! You will get a feel for what the passengers deluxe hallways looked like and learn about the statistics about the ship. As you enter, you will be given a passenger boarding ticket. On this ticket, is the name of an actual Titanic passenger and the class they were traveling. You will learn the individual stories of several passengers. In the Titanic Memorial Room, find out whether your ticketed passenger survived.

On this day we will drive to New River Gorge National Park. Although it is the youngest national park in the United States, it is home to one of the oldest rivers in the world. You will see the most visited scenic spot in West Virginia - the New River Gorge Bridge.

New River Gorge National Park is located in the New River Canyon in the south of West Virginia. It is truly an adventure you will not want to miss out on!

Hotel → Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park (Mandatory, 135 mins, Including Appalachian National Scenic Trail Hiking for 30 minuntes) → Philadelphia / New York

1. We will enter from Thornton Gap and drive to north exit, this is a one-way tour and lasts 120 mins.

2. On the winding driveway on the mountains, we will stop at the overlooks to observe the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.

3. We will also take an easy walk on one of the trails among the mountains. Total 45 for this trail (round trip). If the weather is extreme, the tour guide will cancel the trail trip and add other stops properly.

4. If the weather is extreme, we will not enter into the National Park. Please understand.

5. During the period from 10/11 to 11/11, , you will enjoy the poetic and colorful autumn scenery of Shenandoah National Park along the Skyline Highway.
