To book this transfer you can do that online via TripAdvisor our website or contact us directly via mail. Will confirm and send you the information for pickup and your chauffeur details including phone number. Your chauffeur will meet you with a name sign and will escort you to your car. In case there is any need of assistance our chauffeur will be at any time happy to help.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RATES ONLY OCCUR FOR TRANSFER FROM AMS AIRPORT TO AMSTERDAM OR RETURN. ONE BOOKING IS A ONE WAY TRANSFER (NOT RETURN). An airport or port pick-up will go as followed: We will keep track of the flight or boat so you or your guests do not have to worry about the pickup time. Please note that your chauffeur will wait at the meeting point (inside the Airport plaza or Port terminal) with a name sign (iPad with preferred logo and/or their name on it). Your chauffeur will contact the guests after arrival by sending them a message or call them to inform where they will meet (if phone numbers are provided). If the chauffeur cannot be located or found please call our emergency number. Our cancelation fee: > 72 hours: no charge < 72 hours > 24 hours: 25% of total cost < 24 hours: 50% of total cost < 12 hours: 100% of total cost
