Our tours are typically base on Tibetan educational and cultural tour.

This full Day Tour is a unique opportunity to spend time in a local Tibetan community with our professional Tibetan tour guide to learn about Tibet, Tibetan people, buddhism, food, its culture, art and craft.

Our tours are focused on providing an immersive cultural and educational experience, offering a deeper understanding of Tibetan culture, religion, and the lives of Tibetan refugees in Nepal.

Tibetan refugees in Nepal are eager to share their philosophies, way of life and dedication to preserving their culture.

Our tour guide Mr. Thupten himself is a Tibetan, who was born & grew up in one of the Tibetan village in Pokhara. Therefore, he has lots of information regarding Tibetan people living in Nepal and how they have well kept their Tibetan language & their buddhist culture. Therefore we encourage our guests to ask as many questions as they have regarding Tibetan people and their culture.

Stop At: Shree Gaden Dhargay Ling Monastery, Pokhara 17, Pokhara 33700 Nepal

Full Day Tibetan Cultural Tour

Departure: 9 am

Return: 5:30 to 6 pm

* You will visit a Buddhist monastery and learn the meanings of different Buddhist signs and symbols that are so important in their daily life such as prayer wheels, prayer flags, stupas, etc.

* We will enter inside the monastery learn and see things inside the monastery. One can also take photos and videos inside and around the monastery.


Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Tashiling Handicraft Centre, Chhore Patan, Near Davi's Fall, Pokhara 33411 Nepal

* Explore Tibetan Schools and their educational system.

* Visit a Tibetan carpet showroom and learn about how the Tibetan carpets are made by hand.

* Discover the history of Tibetan refugees at a photo gallery.

* Meet a Tibetan doctor and gain insights into Tibetan medicine.

* Enjoy an authentic Tibetan lunch at a local restaurant.

Stop At: Jangchub Choeling Tibetan Monastery, Tashi Palkhel Tibetan Settlement, Pokhara 33700 Nepal

* Visit a Buddhist monastery and interact with a young Buddhist monk to learn and understand more about Buddhist monks life and their education at the Buddhist monastery.

* Learn about the meanings of Buddhist symbols in daily life.

* Attend evening prayer chanting with the monks at a monastery.

* Enjoy a traditional Tibetan butter tea, roasted barley flour and home made Tibetan bread at a local family home.

We provide free pick up and drop services to and from our respective guests' hotels located at Lakeside area. But we charge extra small transportation fee only for those guests whose hotels are located outside of Lakeside area depending on their hotel location. We need our guests hotel name and their room number once they booked their hotel. They can pay us the extra transportation fee directly to us after our tour is finished.

Cancellations and refunds: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
