Your private tour guide will come to your hotel or rental with private transportation to pick you up. We can pick you up from any hotel-rental between Playa del Carmen and Tulum area. It will take around 30-45 minutes to reach Akumal, depending on the location of your hotel.

If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested.
