Making Kimchi at a Country Farm near Busan for the Month of November
Guest will visit a farm in Korea and have a chance to make kimchi, a traditional Korean food, and taste homemade kimchi.
There will be an opportunity to understand the kimchi-making culture that several people enjoy together , that are recorded as UNESCO's intangible heritage of humanity.
Take the train for about an hour to a farm located in the suburbs.
The guest will make kimchi from 11 a.m. The farm will serve salted cabbage and kimchi sauce.
Depending on the quantity of kimchi, it takes about 60 to 90 minutes to make kimchi.
After making kimchi, guest will enjoy delicious lunch with kimchi guest just made and steamed pork.
After lunch, look around the wetland area and see migratory birds.
Guest will leave the countryside by train at 3 p.m. and arrive at Bujeon Station near Seomyeon at 4 p.m. to finish the schedule.
