Family Tuscan Cooking Class
Craving pasta? Or bruschetta?
Join our family for a 3-hour cooking experience in a typical Tuscan kitchen that overlooks our vineyards and olive trees.
You’re going to learn all the Tuscan cuisine secrets surrounded by the wine and extra virgin olive oil aromas. This experience is a real journey in Tuscan flavors made of simple and fresh ingredients.
Besides the cooking experience, you will have the chance to have a real wine tasting with at least four of our organic wines.

The experience starts with a short introduction to the history of the farm and our production methods. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen, and you will learn the three different recipes or your Tuscan cooking class.
Let’s start with the last course, the dessert! You’re going to bake a typical tuscan cake.
Then, it’s bruschetta time! You will make three different types of bruschetta using exclusively seasonal vegetables.
Finally, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch (Pici and Gnocchi) and prepare the best Tuscan pasta sauce.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared. Each course will be paired with a different organic wine from the winery's vineyards.
