Once a month she sets up a small restaurant right in her kitchen where she serves an exquisite 6-course meal (including 2 amuses) prepared with fresh and local ingredients. If you're lucky you will find yourself on 1 of those 18 much-wanted front-row seats.

Smeulders is the Curaçao queen of contemporary Caribbean cuisine and known for her culinary creativity. During this evening you'll get to know the chef, chat with your fellow dinners, indulge yourself in contemporary Caribbean flavors, while enjoying a selection of matching fine wines.

Chef Helmi Smeulders personally welcomes you in her kitchen for an exquisite 6-course modern-Caribbean dinner which is prepped on the spot. Chat with the chef and fellow diners while savoring exiting new dishes and matching wines. Seats are limited to 18 and sell out quickly so make sure to book well in advance.
