Copenhagen has a wealth of skeletons in its closet. Literally. Virtually everywhere you go, you step on dead people – victims of wars, epidemics or just life. There were cemeteries to every church within the city limits and the city’s history is full of disasters that demanded additional burial places…

Take a walk through some of the scariest and weirdest stories the city has to offer and meet the church-lamb, the baby-killer, the city’s guardian spirits and the common people who believed in them.
