Upon arrival at Chichén Itzá, look at the step pyramid of Kukulcan (El Castillo), known for the play of light from the equinox that casts shadows on each step to create an image of a serpent descending.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Xcajum, Dzitas Piste, Dzitas 97757 Mexico

We will continue to the cenote Xcajum to swim in the ancient Cenotes and experience the sinkholes that form part of the world’s largest networks of underground rivers.

Stop At: Izamal, Yucatan, Mexico

Enjoy a delicious meal and complete the experience by visiting one of the most beautiful towns in Mexico: Izamal.

Izamal is known as the “city of three cultures.” After the conquest in the 16th century, the Spaniards started to build a city upon the existing Mayan city. Franciscan Convent is the most notable example of this development. The whole town is coloured in yellow and white, giving “the yellow city “a distinctive look.
