Stop At: Ateshgah - Fire Temple, Сураханский район, Baku Azerbaijan

As a symbol of fire, Ateshgah temple has become a favorite place for tourists who come to our country, especially indians those who still worship Zoroastrianism.
At the arrival to a pentagonal complex “Temple of fire” in Surakhani,you will see a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and castle-like religious temple-altar in the middle. Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrianplace of worship. The name refers to the fact that the site is situated atop a now-exhausted natural gas field, which once caused natural fires to spontaneously burn there as the gas emerged from seven natural surface vents. Today, the fires in the complex are fed by gas piped in from Baku

Stop At: Qala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex, Mira St., 5 Qala district, Baku Azerbaijan

Our next destination will be Gala open air museum complex. Here you will see a huge complex with 3 museums in it - open air ethnographic museum, defensive castle of 12th century and museum of art from waste to art . There are ancient dwellings ,stone and clay houses, movable tents made of animal skins, old bakery, market, pottery and other interesting medieval buildings. You can also feed the camels, horses and donkeys peacefully resting in the stalls.

Pass By: Elite Horse Club, Mardakyanskoye Hwy., Baku Azerbaijan

After we will pass by Elite Horse Club. Here you can see the horses from all over the world and ride them if you want. There is a restaurant you can sit and enjoy the good meals.

Stop At: Yanardag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve, The village of Mammadli Absheron Peninsula, Baku 0125 Azerbaijan

Our next destination will be Burning hills. Enjoying the interesting passage from highway to village roads and from village around oil derricks we will arrive the fascinating place in Mahammadi village, where the hill has been burning non stop for 16 centuries! Natural gases comes out a hill set on fire...It has especially great view during the night time.
