Taste Bio and extra virgin olive oils, honeys (flower, pine ) from several part of Greece on a 90 minute class ! Extra Virgin Olive oil and honey tasting is held in three canavas (submerged constructions in the volcanic ash - aspa ) which are underground the main square of Fira !!

Reception at STOA Bar Restaurant. Our guests take a seat at the tables, where a variety of organic, extra virgin olive oils as well as two different honeys, flower honey and pine honey are served. There will also be a presentation about the procedure of harvesting , production and tasting of the extra virgin olive oil and, of course, our guests will have the chance to taste each one accompanied by crackers, bread sticks and cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and greek traditional cold cut , not to mention "raki", the local traditional drink.

Please watch carefully our bar-restaurant signs , we are exactly underground of the main square of Fira next to the fish spa !!!
