My tour is unique because it takes you to little traditional companies that genuinely produce these prodcuts completely manually and you can sometimes speak directly to the owners.

My tours are completely private, I don't join different groups together, because I think that everybody has different needs and so the client can be taken care of better, if they are by themselves.

During this tour, you will learn everything about Parma typical products, and you will have plenty of tastings.

You will be able to see the whole process of the Parmigiano-Reggiano with the amazing ageing room and taste the cheese, see a wonderful balsamic place, listen to the interesting process and do an amazing tasting of different ageings and then go to a beautiful Parma ham factory and have lunch there with cheese, ham, ravioli and wine.
