Snowy Nature on Horseback in Apukka Resort, Rovaniemi

The snow sparkles under the hooves of the horses and the breath of both the rider and the horse is steaming across the fresh air when you enter the snow-covered ice of lake Olkka. Hold on and enjoy the slowpaced ride, these are the memories in creation that you’ll cherish for a long time to come.

The 10.00am departure is for guests with previous experience with horseback riding.

For the 12.00pm departure no previous experience is needed.

Not suitable for children under 15 years old. Kindly note that accessibility to lake Olkka is dependent on the strength of the ice – in case of mild temperatures optional routes may apply.

Traveler pickup is offered
Please be on time at scheduled pick up time to designated pick-up point. Bus will leave exactly on time. If you miss the pick up we will not refund the excursion.

Pick-up time from Rovaniemi City Centre (Korkalonkatu 36): 50 minutes before safari starting time.
Pick-up time from Santa Claus village, bus stop by the main road 30 minutes before safari starting time.

Cancellations and refunds: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
