We will have a 1 hour drive to the archaeological center of Moray, home to the circular farming terrace that looks a bit like the Roman amphitheater. This was more like an agricultural laboratory for the Incas
Maras is home to hillside salt terraces, these geometrically shaped salt puddings produce a different type of salt that is rich in minerals and has a distinct flavor.
