Experience making breakfast using seasonal ingredients purchased at Kanazawa's Omicho Market, the kitchen of Kanazawa, in a Kanazawa townhouse where the lifestyle handed down from the Edo period still remains.
You will bake the egg rolls that go inside the thick sushi-rolls and roll them up with the other pre-prepared ingredients. There will also be a dish using seasonal Kaga vegetables, miso soup, and fruit.
A souvenir of the experience is a Makisu(bamboo mat) used for cooking.
Families with small children are welcome to participate, and children under elementary school age are free. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
