Tamaya Winery

Tamaya name means "Alto Mirador" and comes from the Diaguita dialect indigenous culture that inhabited the valley of Limarí, between the eighth and sixth centuries A.C., where currently is located Viña Tamaya. This is the name that also receives the highest hill in the area, from whose top you can see the entire valley.

Within hectares of vineyard, they have been found pre-Columbian archaeological remains, among which the famous fossil tacit stones and some household utensils, making this an invaluable cultural and heritage tourism.
