History of San Fernando

San Fernandos story begins in the eighteenth century, the President of the Captaincy General of Chile, Jose Antonio Manso de Velasco was proposed to the task of creating villages for which he sent to landowners throughout the territory over an extended Memorial, requesting land required for appropriate purposes.
